Since launching on February 1st, the response to True Custom House has blown us away. We set ambitious goals and thanks to your incredible support, we’ve smashed every single one of them. But with fast growth comes fast challenges. Our small team has been working around the clock, and our production partners are feeling the pressure of the demand we've created together. It’s a great problem to have but one we want to handle the right way. To build something sustainable, we’ve made the decision to take a short, strategic hiatus. This pause will allow us to restructure our production process and daily operations without stretching our team beyond its limits. This is a commitment to growth and doing things better. When we launched True we always knew we wanted communication and integrity at the forefront of the business, we think the industry is missing this at times and that’s why we think now is the right time to pause and invest into the production process before we continue working round the clock and not getting the results we strive for and you deserve. All sales will be temporarily paused while we focus on this evolution.
