How long will my order take?
Once we receive your design details and payment. You will receive a digital proof with in 1-5 days. Only once this is confirmed by yourself it will go to production.
Production is 7-10 days for Graphics and 14-21 days for custom clothing. Shipping Is next day for domestic shipping.
Only ordered off the shelf merch? Expect your order with in 3 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: If you take a long time to handover design details or supplier information like your own business logo's this will effect your proofing time. Have this ready to help the efficiency of your order.
How do you print my name, number and logo's?
The factory way! No more thick iron on shirt prints. We manufacture your kit in our print house from scratch! Your name, number and logos are professionally sublimated into the kit. Rumours have it, just by looking this factory you will go faster.
Can I see a design before I buy?
Yes, all of our pre designed kits are here on the website for you to take a look at. We don't offer custom design proofs until a purchase is made. This cuts out the messers and ensures we can keep to our efficient turnaround times.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, we would recommend giving us a call or email and let us discuss get he perfect size depending on the product your are looking for.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it once production has begun. If we are still in the design phase we will be able to cancel and issue a refund minus the design fee of £50
Are your kits good quality?
No corners have been cut in the development of our products, we only use the best materials and we are are very proud that our products ensure quality while still offering personalisation.
Although we are taking part in the most physically demanding sport in the world and we can't guarantee damage won't occur. We have ensured only the best materials and latest print methods were used to develop your kit. This is constantly being revisited to ensure the integrity of our brand.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use DHL for all domestic and international deliveries. You’ll be sent tracking information once your order has dispatched.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

1. General Return Policy
At True Custom House LTD, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
- Items not returned within the specified return period
- Custom and semi-custom products (as outlined in Section 3)
3. Custom and Semi-Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our custom and semi-custom products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product has a fault that is directly caused by True Custom House LTD.
- If incorrect information was provided by the customer during the ordering process, or if a design proof was accepted with incorrect details, the customer is fully liable, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
- If the product is faulty due to an error made by True Custom House LTD, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund at our discretion.
4. Incorrect Installation or Damage by Customer
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been incorrectly installed or damaged due to improper handling or fitting by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct installation as per any provided guidelines.
5. Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at info@race-true.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed fault by True Custom House LTD.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
