This isn’t an online form or a quick upload, it’s a bespoke design process, tailored entirely to you.

THE PROCESS
Full custom deserves full attention.
Once your order is placed:
- Within 1–2 working days, our team will contact you to arrange a design consultation
- Consultations can take place in person at our studio, over the phone, or via video call
- We’ll take the time to understand your ideas, inspirations, sponsors, colours, and goals
- From there, our designers create a completely original kit design from the ground up
- You’ll receive design proofs and refinements until the final artwork is approved
- Once approved, production begins
This hands-on approach ensures your kit is not only unique, but executed properly.

Full Custom kits are produced on our AT33 Athlete Fit platform — the same premium foundation used across our entire race range.

Every kit is 100% custom made from scratch, with all names, numbers, and logos fully sublimated into the jersey and pants for a flawless, long-lasting finish.

We’ll discuss sizing during your consultation, but we still recommend reviewing the size chart beforehand. If you have any concerns, we’ll guide you through the best option for your fit and riding style.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your kit performing and looking its best:
- Wash as soon as possible after riding
- Use a bio or non-bio liquid detergent
- Wash pants inside out
- Wash with similar colours only
- Wash at 30–40°C
- Hang to dry
For stubborn or heavy stains, we recommend using Ducksmart Kit Clean, developed specifically for motocross apparel.
Important: Do not use fabric softener. Do not use all-in-one tablets or washing powder. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Incorrect care can damage performance fabrics and reduce longevity.
